Seller Policy

Welcome to our marketplace! By registering as a seller, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Commission & Payouts

  • The revenue split is 80% seller / 20% platform for those who register by March 31. After the promotion, the standard rate will be 70% seller / 30% platform, subject to future changes based on costs.
  • Payouts are made automatically on a monthly basis through PayPal. Other payout options may be added in the future.
  • There is no minimum payout amount.
  • Transaction fees are covered by the platform, except for PayPal’s seller-side transaction fee.

Product Guidelines

  • We focus solely on educational products related to Hebrew, Jewish language, culture, and traditions.
  • No Judaica products that are not meant for educational purposes.
  • No political material—our platform promotes positive values, education, and creativity.
  • No copyrighted content without proper written consent.
  • AI-generated content is allowed as long as it aligns with creativity, positivity, education, and our company’s values.
  • Sellers can list products elsewhere, but pricing on our platform must be competitive and offer value to customers.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Sellers retain full ownership of their products.
  • Sellers grant the marketplace the right to use product images for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Only original content is allowed. Reselling third-party licensed materials (e.g., images, fonts, or resources) is not permitted.
  • Sellers are fully responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe on any copyrights. The marketplace is not liable for any copyright infringement by sellers.
  • In case of a copyright infringement claim, the seller will have an opportunity to respond before any action is taken.

Refunds & Customer Service

  • Sellers are responsible for customer support related to their products.
  • Seller contact information must be visible for customers to reach out.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • No refunds are allowed for digital products as they cannot be returned.

Marketplace Rules & Conduct

  • Product images should align with the site’s look and feel: clean, visually appealing, and clearly displaying the product.
  • Misleading titles or low-quality images are not permitted.
  • If a customer reaches out to purchase off-platform, the seller must direct the customer to complete the purchase through our marketplace.
  • Sellers must maintain professional conduct and adhere to respectful communication. No hate speech or offensive content will be tolerated.

Account Termination & Violations

  • A warning will be given for the first violation of marketplace policies. A second violation will result in account closure and payout of any outstanding balance.
  • No appeals process for suspended or banned accounts.
  • The platform reserves the right to remove any seller or product at its discretion to protect brand integrity and values.
