Refund and Return Policy
At Lee Laa Lou, we are committed to connecting children to language and culture through high-quality experiences. Please review our policy regarding refunds and returns for digital and physical products.
Digital Products
- Lee Laa Lou Originals: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once delivered. We offer customer support for 14 days from the date of purchase at customer@leelaalou.com.
- Marketplace Sellers: If you experience issues with products from other creators, please contact the seller directly within 7 days of purchase.
Physical Products
- Cancellation Window: You have 72 hours from the time of purchase to cancel for a full refund, provided the package has not yet been marked as fulfilled.
- Final Sale Status: Once an order is marked as fulfilled and shipping has been paid, the item is considered Final Sale.
- Returns: Returns are only accepted for items in new, unused, and unopened condition within their original packaging.
- Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for all return shipping and delivery fees unless the item is verified as defective or incorrect.
Defective or Damaged Items (The Verification Process)
To protect our community and business, we follow a strict verification process for claims of damage:
- Notification: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Evidence: You must provide your order number and clear photo or video proof of the damage or defect.
- Mandatory Return for Inspection: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be shipped back to us.
- Resolution: Refunds or replacements are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the item is found to be in working order or intentionally damaged, a refund will not be issued.
Payments & Refunds
- Method: Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment.
- Timeline: Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: Any disputes regarding PayPal transactions will be handled by PayPal according to their platform policies.
